I had a Baxi Luna boiler installed by Ocean Gate in November of 2007. His work was very professional and neat. He is easy to work with and I am very happy with the system he designed and put in my place in Portland. It has run flawlessly and cut my gas bill in half.

I have known Bert for quite some time. Bert recently installed a Buderis boiler in my home. I have found Bert to be of the utmost in professionalism, honestly and goes above and beyond what needs to be done to get a job done quickly and in a professional manner. Bert, on his own, took it upon himself to clear a path during the worst of the snow so that my oil tank could be filled. Bert also completed the addition of a "kick space" heater in my kitchen to take advantage of the efficiency of the new boiler that he had installed. Bert, during the installation of the kick space, noticed that due to heavy water damage that the board under my kitchen sink was totally rotten. Bert had a new custom bottom board installed at the same time. You will find Bert to be prompt, courteous and one heck of an excellent plumbing and heating technician. I am writing to you in reference of Bertel Serfes. Bertel did the plumbing system in my home in Gray ME. I also contracted Bertel to do the heating and air conditioning system. Bertel was on time and meet all my schedule needs as I required. He went over and above what he needed to do for me. When he gives you a quote to do the job, that is what you are going to pay.
